Refund policy

At Lavily, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that it may sometimes be necessary to return an item. Below you will find our return policy.

Return Period:

You have the right to return your order within 60 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
• The item must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Process:

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@try-lavily.com to notify us of your return. We will then provide further instructions on how to return the item.

Return Costs:

You are responsible for the costs of returning the item unless the item is defective or does not match the description.

Please note that returns must be sent at your own expense to our supplier in China.

Refunds:

We will process your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. You can expect the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Notes:

We are not responsible for delays or damages that occur during the transport of returned items. We recommend that you inspect the return package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us if there are any issues.
